How is my data protected?
Your data is encrypted end-to-end using AES-GCM encryption. This means your journal entries are encrypted on your device before being stored, and only you have the key to decrypt them. We cannot read your personal reflections.
Can I export my data?
Yes! You can export all your reflection data and journal entries at any time from the Privacy Settings page. Your data belongs to you.
Is my information shared with anyone?
Never. Your personal information and reflections are completely private. The only way anyone else can see your entries is if you explicitly choose to share them using Sponsor Review mode during an in-person meeting.
What if I forget my password?
You can reset your password using the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page. However, please note that your encrypted journal entries are tied to your account's encryption key. If you need to create a new account, previous encrypted entries cannot be recovered.
